Use Adults in Custody for the regional current-adult-custody interface. For NORCOR-held public material, use its Public Information procedure or form. NORCOR’s published schedule lists $25 labor for ten or fewer pages, $0.50 per black-and-white page for pages 11–50, $0.25 after that, and an estimate above $30. A request for a photograph remains subject to Oregon law.

The Sheriff Records Division requires a written request and notes that reports involving criminal charges are not releasable until closed or adjudicated. A 2024 fee schedule exists in the research, but current fees should be confirmed with the office.

Use OJD Online Services for basic public case and calendar information. The court is the appropriate source for a filed case or disposition.
City and State Routes
The Dalles police-report requests use the city’s public-records procedure. Dufur law-enforcement questions go to the Sheriff or Oregon State Police rather than a municipal police department. Mosier directs law-enforcement matters to the Sheriff; its City Hall handles city administrative records. For a person in later state custody, use Oregon Offender Search or ODOC’s records process.
